The hotel is clean, budget (according to norwegian standards) and has a very good location.

We could not sleep at all. There was a strange noise, which ended around 2-3 am, and begun around 5 am. We could not find out what it could have been, until morning, when we called the elevator. When it arrives, gives a huge "boooooom" sound, and when it moves has an other, very loud, annoying noise. Dear hotel staff! Please-please get it repaired, because it is impossible to sleep. (By the way, we were in a room at the end of the corridor, not next to the elevator) Anyway, without this elevator it could have been a very good hotel.

Nice location, you can see hurtigruten passing by. A bit distant, different outlook

Yard and front of the hotel is not nice. We stayed on rooms with entrance from outside. probably they are not that nice in winter, not sure if they are available either.
